hmm lalala i am going to write things about your bill because i am in geosystems and don't feel like being constructive because i am not going to angela's tonight and i can be constructive then. bitches. also i'm assuming you already wrote it which sucks but alas, i have nothing better to do!

in america's increasingly success-driven society, national regulation of high school grading systems will prove beneficial for several reasons. first of all, they will provide colleges with a closer-to-true measurement of a student's achievements while in high school. second of all, they will regulate school systems themselves, since one cannot claim a higher average gpa than another and get more money/fame/whatever. finally, i have nothing else to say and i am pretty sure my last point was total bs.
