Getting fucked... part 2

Nov 17, 2003 20:46

So then last week (friday?) my phone got turned off AGAIN. This ime they said I went so much over my minutes already that I owed so much I had to pay now or not get my phone back on.

Part of the reason it got so high was that I haddent paid last months $113 bill yet because I needed to call back and contest the 100+ extra minutes again with a real supervjsor rather than the weekend lead. But more on that later.

It turned out that the time I used my wireless web between 8 and 9pm was counting against my daytime minutes. The rep said that was right but I asked for a supervisor anyway. During the wait I figured up my daytime minutes used including wireless web between 8 and 9... and I should have STILL had right at 195 min left.. I talked to the supervisor and he said the unlimited wireless web should be figured starting at 8 like all my other unlimited minutes. He then said he could not adjust the usage already charged because the bill had not been printed yet. but that he was noting my account to say that I am supposed to be credited for those minutes. He still made me pay $110 to get my phone turned back on... (I haddent paid the 64 I agreed with from Oct's bill yet and figured the rest would count for this month if everything gets cleared up about last month) then gave me another 120 courtesy minutes... 60of which I think counted for the time I spent talking to him...

He wouldnt let me dispute the fact I figured I should have 250 min left... again because 'the bill hasnt been printed' fucker

When I wanted to discuss last months bill he said he couldnt because he couldnt look at my bill for last month. 'Computer problems' and I had to call back in 3+ days so they can clear them up.

I'm going to wait till my next day off (thurs.) to call to make sure a supervisors supervisor is in the office if needed...

Sprint has given me more problems than any company I've delt with ever... Not to menton the fact my phone is partially broken... and the upgraded version I want is only avalible from Verison... locally at least. Sprint doesnt offer it at all.

I'd switch to Verison but the $150 cancelation fee for sprint plus the $400ish for the phone I want... plus activation... plus I still have to pay whatever I cant get worked out with sprint (or else fuck my credit) But I'd still think about switching if I can get a good deal... and possibly the phone on payments added to my bill.

But in completely different news...
Carrie broke up with me like 6 weeks ago... but we kept talking pretty much daily. And despite a couple rough points the last couple weeks have been better between us then I remember it ever being!.

I love her... *big hugs Carrie*
