this is wonderful. it's exactly like i always saw riku in the first game, all the love and jealousy and all the memories making him do all the things he did, and asd;alkjfls so lovely.

are you planning on doing something similar based on khii? i, for one, would love to read it. :DD

Why, thank you! I might do something similar, you never know - my fascination with Riku is endless, heh. But Riku's role in the next game is so vaguely implied that it would require a total replay, with note-taking involved!

I'm so glad you enjoyed!

Reading this was like having a breath of fresh air blown into the fandom - fantastically well done and I can definitely see the influence of Joyce in this (Cummings not so much, aside from the visual appearance of your writing). A lovely view into Riku's perspective on everything that happened. *applauds* Well done!

Thanks so much! I appreciate you taking the time to comment like you wouldn't even believe, and I'm so glad you enjoyed my little foray into Riku's head.

Also, do you know Cummings's "Balloonman"? That's the poem I was referring to. I think you might find a few similarities here and there ^_~

Thank you for reading!

Not a problem! I definitely felt it was worth commenting on!

Dear lord, I haven't read that poem in about 5 years or so! Ooooh how I miss some of my lit survey classes! I'll have to look that up in my Norton's when I get home from work. ;)

Aww it so sweet. I never actually played the first game, so some parts of it are lost on me. But as always, I love your work, and you write the characters so well!

Oh, really? That's so sad! You really should, you know, heh. RikuSora was actually my first yaoi pairing, discovered while playing the first game many years ago, heh.

But anyway, thanks so much! As always, glad you enjoyed.
