At least that is what I have told people.. not quite true. I am leaving the Infrastructure Design group I am currently in and moving to ITS (professional services). All still under the Allstream banner, but worlds apart. April 1 will be my last day in IS (I know it is april fools day, but this is not a joke.. why do I have to keep saying that

Something I notice happening lately is that someone will be promised an increase in salary when they accept a position within the company (even an outside hiring) and when the time comes, "sorry, we just don't have the budget for it". It's happened to two people I've worked with within the last year.

I just passed my 5-yr ann. and if I don't get a raise this year that makes it 3 years in a row. This place is really going to shit.
