Mark research paper survey
Hi All,
I'm doing a research paper (for Engr100W @ SJSU) on West Nile Virus in California and have put together a survey to measure the knowledge and opinions of the general public. It's a quick, easy, online survey.

I was in the states 5 years ago and was hospitalised with meningitis. After some testing and gaining my travel history, the doctors felt certain I had contracted West Nile Virus. My daughter had been hospitalised with it 3 months earlier in South Carolina!
I just found this post. So sorry I missed it.
