Oh my god!! I saw Kill Bill!!! I can't believe it!! I was out with a few friends and we were going to watch a movie, some of them paid, the rest of us snuck in, so I didn't really know which film I was going to see. It was the most disgusting, demented, horrible, fucking gross thing I've seen in my life!! I was either on the floor laughing or on ( Read more... )

I think you're missing the point of the movie. The answeres to all of your questions are simple: "Who the hell cares, it's a totally insignificant point in the film". The Crazy 88's don't carry guns because if they did, the fight scene would blow. About the arms: it's an action film, not a study in anatomy. If they died, they wouldn't be able to lose any more blood, which wouldn't be as cool. The snow isn't real snow. You can tell from the overly powdery quality it has to it. This is also why O-Ren is able to walk on it in bare feet.

As far as the "disgusting" factor, that's your personal opinion, I wasn't bothered.
This is because the gore is so crazy, that it just comes off as totally unrealistic and, therefore, really freakin' sweet.

Yeah, when the arms that are cut off and they have jets spurting out blood, I was laughing so hard that my friend had to elbow me in the ribs cus everyone was staring at me. It reminded me of the "Scott of The Sahara" sketch. When Scott defeats the lion and the blood spurts out in slow motion. Exactly, its not real snow! It's too obvious! You just proved my point!

Oh well, I guess I'm alone here. So screw you all!

Yeah, a lot of the gore is laughable. Did you see the part where Boss Tanaka gets his head sliced off when they're eating? Crazy.
No no no, I meant I don't think it was supposed to be real in the movie. Like it was a neat little thing at the reasturant.

Whatever, everyone's entitled to their opinion.

I don't know who you are, but I somehow found this journal and just wanted to say something:

This whole movie was a spoof on all of the things that QT loved as a kid. The movie was a joke, hence the huge amounts of blood, and unimaginable er... livability.

But a lot of your points don't really matter. It's like asking why 007 never gets shot when 10 guys with automatic rifles are shooting at him. Nobody cares because it doesn't matter. If he did get shot, the movie would suck a lot more.
