I'm trying to decide how to blow my computer allowance - MacBook or 2 LCD monitors... hmmm... decisions...

Flash 8 is a big leap from Flash 5, in almost every respect (video quality, image filters, actionscript etc.) I think you'll have a lot of fun with it.
