Happy Early Birthday Dear ;) I fess, it was me. Apparently my Delivery Piyo forgot to append the note; it was supposed to come with a note that simply said "Happy Birthday, From Spunky", but I guess it was never attached :( Oh well. I'm glad it made it safe and sound :) Enjoy!!!
