Safari on the iPad

I just want to put this out there and say whoever programmed Safari for the iPad is a fucking asshole.  Here are two crucial things this thing is missing:

1: There's no search function.  Whenever I mention this to people, they always ask, "Why don't you put it in Google?"  That's not the search function I'm referring to.  I mean the ctrl+F search function (command+F in Apple).  Let's say I'm playing Final Fantasy VII and I want to figure out how to reach the Shinra Building after fighting the Turks in the second disk.  Through Google I can find this FAQ here.  Normally, on any other computer, I would press ctrl+F and write "Shinra Building" or for this specific FAQ, "FW02B."  The iPad says, "Search?  Who the fuck searches for shit?  That's not futuristic enough.  You gotta scroll through all that previous crap just to get to what you want, like a true hipster."

2: You can't highlight shit in tables.  Here's a screenshot of me attempting to highlight this link so I can easily copy and paste it into my address bar:

That wasn't fucking happening.  No matter how I tried to move my finger across the screen, it just wouldn't fucking let me highlight one line within the cell.  It had to be the entire fucking thing.  And I couldn't shrink it down or anything.  It was just stuck there.  I ended up having the manually type the address myself.

I wouldn't be so insulted if this weren't the iPad 2.  Shouldn't they have fucking figured this shit out the second time around?  Okay, maybe the programming for tables and cells are a little off, whatever, but goddammit a fucking search function is elementary.
