I've been keeping to myself more than usual lately, so I kind of get what you mean there. Not the relationship thing, mind you, that whole sector is going to drive me insane before the year is up (there's nothing quite like having essentially every opposite gender friend hit on you only days after becoming single).
I think going to PSU will be good for you, and I'm glad to hear your roommate is proving decent so far! I'm excited to meet mine actually, she seems very friendly (and already has a microwave and a mini fridge!). And I hope things turn out well for your friend, that can be a bit alarming :/
I can see how that would suck though I would think that it has to be doing wonders for your ego. Just essentially having your pick of the guys once you decide to start dating again seems pretty good to me even if you might risk insanity right now.
