Observing my friends and family and well, anyone else who wanders in my path I have noticed how often you here utterances such as "that is so amazing," "he/she is so amazing" "this music is great!" "what an amazing film" and on and on and on...with all these AMAZING things happening why are we all such a whining bunch of lazy slobs...and moreover

It saddens me that i haven't been in a pool for a year or so. I miss swimming.

I was always kind a fan of the fact that if you break a rock in half, you're seeing something no one (living and possibly dead) has ever seen.
