Seitan

Hi everyone --

Do you know if there is a place to buy seitan here in Dunedin? I know that "gluten-free" seems to be really big around here (why is that, by the way?), so maybe no one would even buy seitan, but it would be so great to find some if possible.

I've never seen it pre-made, but they sell gluten flour in the health food shops and New World, I think, so you could probably make it yourself. :)

The reason there's so much "gluten-free" around is that people like me who need a gluten-free diet have started asking for it, and many if not most places have started listening.

Things are so much better now than they were even a year ago.
