I wouldnt worry too much. I have photocopies of the documents the guy and his wifes first and last name their address their e-mail addy and it should be fine.
Ever notice how they have a place for your sin number on job applications? Yeah I've never filled that out until I was actually hired. That reminds me.. I should take my sin card out of my wallet, incase it ever gets lost.
I just don't worry about it at all... I have this sense of when someone is intending illwill towards me, and then I go away. Aside from that, I give out all sorts of info. Yes, however, I do keep numbers like SIN, DL, and out of reach for the most part. Most other info, like who I am, where I live, and what my phone number is, is usualy easy to find online...
