OOC Post: Heero's Farewell

As much as I hate to do it, I find that it is time to close down Heero's LiveJournal and return to my regular, mundane life. I can't do Heero justice anymore, and while I'm not sure I ever did, being Heero was at times frustrating, but most of the time a complete blast.

I'm sure many of you know this, but I was not the original duonekophile. I shall leave it

*hugs* It's been a bit of an open secret more recently that I was the original Nekophile, but I'll take this opportunity to come clean to anyone who still wants to know. ^_~ I couldn't've asked for someone better to take over the character, though - your love and respect for Heero and the set-up we'd created was wonderful, and I'm so pleased you had as much fun playing him as I did. It was really you guys who made the whole thing such a success, and I'm just pleased I could be a part of it. :) *more hugs* Sorry you're having to give it up, but I understand how you feel, and I'm sure Heero's friends will be yours too. ^_^

You did a wonderful job of being Heero. I never commented that often cause it wasn't really needed (besides, I think it would have gotten lost in all the others ~_^) But you did a fantastic job. The humor you inspired, you and "Duo" was great.

It's sad, but people will understand, all great things must come to and end eventually.

I'm so sorry you're sad! I am too, but I just couldn't keep up anymore. I think "Heero" may help "Duo" from time to time with his posts, but he will no longer be updating this journal. I just needed to cut down on some things.... *hugs*

Though I've been lured away by other fandoms and characters, Heero and Duo holds a special place in my heart. Thank you for all you have done. I really got a kick out of reading all of Heero's entries. *hug* ^_~

That's part of the reason for the decision to give it up... most people seem to have moved on. I guess I'm just stubborn, hanging on as long as I have. But I'm glad you enjoyed him. :)
