OOC Post: Heero's Farewell

As much as I hate to do it, I find that it is time to close down Heero's LiveJournal and return to my regular, mundane life. I can't do Heero justice anymore, and while I'm not sure I ever did, being Heero was at times frustrating, but most of the time a complete blast.

*blinks* I am simply amazed. I've been a silent fan of your fanfiction for years now, and I can't believe that I never thought of you as a potential "Heero". You've done a wonderful job, and both you and your lovely rendition of Heero will be missed. Thank you for all that you've provided.

*hugs* I understand what you mean. Times go by quickly and new things arise. As much as I love HeeroxDuo, there are always other fandoms which I obsess over at times. I've had so much fun, being able to fangirl your's and DuoNeko's LJs and then when Wufei and Zechs appeared! Maybe one day you'll come back to play Heero? We'll miss you!

I'll still play Heero behind the scenes for duoneko, but I just can't keep this journal updated anymore. I feel like all my creativity has been sapped. I'll miss being him, though! Thanks!

God, Caroline, you've got me BAWLING!! This is SO very sad! You were SUCH a wonderful Heero, and while I haven't followed from the beginning, this just feels like the end of an era or something. God, I just can't even think of anything to say!! ~cries~

You totally have my support in this, I can totally understand you being ready to be done. The only consolation to losing Heero is that at least I still have YOU on my flist!! ~hugs you fiercely~

I was thinking the same thing, too, this morning when I woke up and remembered what I'd done. I think what made these journals work was that, instead of playing our favorite characters (mine is Duo and Duo's is Heero), we played our favorites' partners. I hope that the love I felt for my favorite character spilled into the love Heero had for Duo. It was easy to love him because I already did!
