I'm sorry, that's just horrible. I had to go into the EI office after my concussion because they kept losing my information. I could barely stand, but I couldn't just call them, no, I had to go down and hand it in in person. Gotta love the burocracy. Hope you get it sorted out. I've found that phoning and talking to humans (and writing down their names and the time you called so you can back up your arguments) seems to help.
