So, X-23 has, according to S.H.I.E.L.D. information and various references in canon, has a fuckton of shady connections. She worked as an assassin for the Kingpin and has been all around the world working for various less than legal and less than moral organizations. Littlefoot is a dinosaur.

Sera is usually pretty tense and cagey with her body language, even if she seems happy, unless she's around Serph and/or three or more members of Embryon. She showers two and three times a day because she washes the blood off whenever she goes hunting. She usually has a handgun on her somewhere.

Shunsui is a very experienced and powerful fighter. This can be seen in little things like subtle movements/habits/etc, despite his otherwise casual/careless manner. Also way older/more experienced than a normal human should be, because, well, shinigami. |D

Ayanami ...has a bit more to him than just some typical power-hungry and ruthless/cunning human. It's very subtle but not impossible to pick up on, especially if you watch his interactions with the bishops, but he has definite ties to something else that isn't exactly human, and not even in the same way as the other Black Hawks, either.

Laguna pretty much is what you see is what you get.

Mewtwo ......is a psychic pokemon. :| He's pretty straightforward, probably the only thing to notice would be that despite his intelligence he's still pretty naive about a lot of things.
