You remind me of Mikado. You've got that calm, friendly vibe and enjoy being with your friends. He can have a bit of a scary side, too, but he's quite the optimist.
But from the very first "that's my real name, I swear!" thing I thought of Mikado x'DD and I kept thinking of him the whole time!
-You like relaxing and spending time with close friends -You don't like obnoxious people or attention whores (even though he's good friends with Kida who pretty much is one x'DD it still seems like he gets annoyed with him for that fairly often) -You say that you come off as being quiet and calm at first, but you aren't quite so much when people get to know you -You're kind and like helping people (definately Mikado-ish C:) -You like surfing the internet (which seems to be pretty much his life x'DD) -You said that people say you're mature, but you're still childish at heart, which seems a lot like him x) -Your answer about choosing a place to hang out, lolol perfect xDD
Besides all that, the way you talk/type/whatever just seems very mature, calm, and to the point xDD I can practically hear his voice reading all of this in my head. So yeah, I definately vote MoeMikado!
I saw a bit of Togusa (mainly these parts: "I usually don't talk a lot, but I can be loud and act like I know it all when it comes to talking about things I really love." and "...if you don't play the cards right, I can be a total beetch to you.")
But I'm not really sure, so I think I'll agree with the others and say Mikado, because you're optimistic, calm, shy, kind and cautious. Oh, and you don't like being forgotten. Also, despite your calm nature, you're not someone to be messed around with (still, you mentioned that you'd prefer to resolve things peacefully).

I have to say Mikado. He popped into my head when you where describing your personality. I saw bits and pieces of other characters later on but he was more like you overall.
