I don't really see much Anri, actually? This phrase - "I have the ability to make people go crazy or angry easily" reminded me a lot of Izaya but overall I wouldn't say you're much like him. I think maybe his sister Mairu would be a good fit for you: she's creative, weird, has mood swings and can be too blunt sometimes :)

I definitely get an Anri vibe. As previously said, you do seem to have two personalities- one introverted and calm and the other kinda weird and impulsive.
