Thanks Dag. It was tough going back there, but it's over and I am safe and sound in Austin for now. Detroit, hmmmmm, isn't it cold there in the winter? LOL. After all this time in the South, I've got a bad case of snowphobia!

Yes, the ashes made the trip. I'm going to take them to a place near here called Enchanted Rock.

durly, take the good memories of what was and be grateful for the many years of happiness; lake charles doesnt have the damage new orleans has suffered but it will still be many many years before life is back to what it was; i hope to live to see it; but my life is here and i will stay

If you are on facebook... someone set up a page called "R.I.P Noah Brinley Latham a.k.a Pirate [Captain] Nolly." That got me thinking of you!

I hope life is good.
