npr, yah. they sorta reverted or transmuted n2 national pentagon radio so national papal radio makes as much sense.

all the berrians here are poised on the edges of their desks wondering when whole foods will open down the street...

The berrians can be fairly assured of an opening somewhere around the middle of July. I may be there for a week or two at that time, but surely for a few days.

You know, I've started to listen to the morning newz on the npr channel every morning. I've even listened through the recent begathon and the pope-a-thon. But I like to listen, because I always learn something. And ocassionally I repeat what I heard on the radio later in the day and people wonder how I know these things. I've made the mistake of saying that I heard it on NPR and then, of course I get this look from them; "OMG. he must also listen to that garrison keiler show, that one from up north. Well, yea, sometimes I do because sometimes it's very good radio. I've learned not to tell them that when I was a kid, we used to listen to radio shows like that... because sometimes there wasn't any TV on. None at all, something that they can't even imagine.
