Title: Just Out of Reach

Another dream, a flash of a horrid past and unbearable present. Moisture gathers at the corners of each eye, but no tears fall. He's tired, restless, and unable to shed more tears for a past that can no longer be saved. What was done, sadly, was done. He hates himself. No, he hates him. That laugh that echoes within the depths of his mind. That pseudo-innocent grin he flashes to make those around him believe he's an innocent teen. But Lanchia knows better, knows more than anyone else could ever fathom to think of this teen with the mismatched eyes. His heart aches, yearns for the family he lost. Che, he was no longer a Shadow Warrior, a force to be feared, nor was Lanchia the Strongest Man in all of Italy- The strongest man didn't fall to a manipulative teen with a demon's grin disguised by an angel's face.
The quiet steps upon plush carpet bring him back to his blasted present, he was not in the mood to deal with the other tonight. Then again, he never cared to be- not that it mattered to the young male hovering over the larger man.
"Kufufu, why so glum?" The voice filters like a silken scarf over the very front of his mind- He doesn't even bother speaking aloud anymore. When Lanchia refuses to answer, Mukuro does what he always happens to do with this reaction; His hands push back upon the broad shoulders of the Italian to have him completely on his back. Cold fingertips run down muscled arms and a well defined chest before settling on the waistband of fitted jeans.
"Don't," Lanchia bothers to mutter, knowing it was pointless. Knowing by the slowly creeping grin that he should just stop trying to save himself from the male above him. He would only be free when he died and even then that was just a brief escape....
