Thanks for sharing this! I had no idea what the FDA was up to in this matter, although I know they're trying to change the definition of chocolate to suit major corporate candy makers (i.e. to state that it doesn't have to have cocoa butter in it). Every country in the European Union uses alternative medicine as their primary forms of medication; herbs, homeopathy, etc. are preferred over pharmaceuticals, so of course American medical institutes have to go the opposite direction of reason once again. :P
