Telling my boss I'd come in and work today was up their with other good ideas I've had. Like eating that huge bag of pretzel salt, or pushing the big red button. As soon as I get there I get this massive headache, and its so bad that my vision begins to blur and I can't see straight. So I ask my boss for some aspirin and she lets me snag two off of

It's just a migraine, my mom and I get them all the time. They suck! But if you've never had one before, then nothing to worry about. It's when you start to get them chronically (like we do), then you made need to get a prescription for meds.

Oh good I was afraid it was something crazy like the beginning of a brain aneurism, or HCE.
