What do you think of the Raconteurs? Do you like them as much as the White Stripes?

I haven't listened to them too much. Honestly, their big single didn't impress me too much. There's some magic when it's just him and Meg that isn't captured by his being with a full band, I think. Don't get me wrong: I'm sure they're fantastic. They just haven't caught my attention yet.

oh yea... i'm trying to think of what I've heard on the radio... not the best off the new album anyway. Check out "Top yourself" and "shades of black." They definitely have a fuller sound... but yea nothing tops the intimacy of just him and Meg :)

BTW - I CAN'T STAND the dude with the glasses. He's like some terrible mix of Mike and Brett. His face just makes me cringe.
