Behold... The Power of Microscopy!

I was going through my folders for some pictures to upload. I don't like to write journal entries without any pictures since I usually don't have anything particularly interesting to write about. I was hoping to find pictures of my cat (who died suddenly last summer) but I had no luck. I think they're somewhere on my dad's hard-drive. But I did ( Read more... )

"However, when my dad buys a camera as a present for his kids, he ends up 'borrowing' it and uploading all of the stuff onto his camera. Talk about invasion of privacy."

That would irritate me. I don't really use my camera for much, and there isn't anything terribly important on it...but it's still mine.

Does he 'borrow' without telling you then?
I'd hide it...or take out the memory card after every use.

I hope you get the job! :)

It's kinda my fault since I used to drop off my stuff in the living room when I get back home. I usually forget about it and sometimes, I just say 'yeah, go ahead' without thinking too much about was being said at that point (It usually leads to many misunderstandings b/t my dad and I). The other part of the reason is that it's easier to upload my pictures onto his computer (i forgot the exact reason tho).

I learned that lesson though. I just head straight to my room. Load the pictures and set a user password. This was really only possible once I got a better equipped laptop.

Thanks! :-)

the microscope pictures of the specimen remind me of my bio & biochem classes in college. Labs were always the best part about those courses <3 ochem labs suck however. never want to talk about those again

B'awwwwww I agree on England/Sealand <3 <3 It's funny that we only ever see fail!parent aspect of England brought up when talking about America, when it's obvious he's just as failish with poor Sealand too. <3 bless em

I'm very fond of biochem labs. I enjoyed orgo chem labs as well but-- I was always more neurotic about them.

<3 I love the Christmas Special where England tries to preserve the fantasy of Santa Claus for Sealand. And even though Sealand doesn't believe in Santa, he's still a little kid.
