Ohhh gosh...I can relate. I've had more parasite dreams than I care to count. To this day, if I see something with holes in it that look a certain way, I get horrible chills and feel unbearably disgusting because I keep remebering the dream when those holes were in my HAND and were itching and burning like crazy with little larvae in them...*shudder*
