Global Warming?!
I just tried to get downtown. Made it two blocks and I was soaked threw my shoes and up to my knees. I had to jump to every sidewalk from the street cause of the five inches of rushing water heading down the hill. I even saw a four foot gieser coming out of a manhole over by The Six Arms. CRAZY Weather! I've never seen a rain storm like this, and
