Which is wierd, cos I always thought I was good at presenting a decent case etc. etc. etc. But then, I've been falling into a bit of an intellectual sinkhole

yeah, uh, sorry about that. i was just in a really sucky mood. i wasnt really offended by any of you not commenting, honestly. my mom was just driving me over the edge and back again like she always does and i was being overwhelmed by the fact that i am insufferably lame. i just saw that as an example of how i'm getting progressively dumber, because you know how it is when youre in that kinda mood, everything relates to what you're feeling somehow. sorry for pissing you off, i shouldnt have mentioned it.
