The tip of his left ear is bitten off. He wears a burgundy vest, simple trousers, and "socks" on his feet, leave his paws bare. His legs are digitigrade (animal-like) rather than plantigrade (human-like.) He wears a fingerless cuffed glove on his right hand to cover the heavy scars from loan sharks with hammers.

Personality: Keavi is a charismatic smooth-talker with a taste for cards, gin, and women. He is manipulative, able to put on different faces for different situations, mostly using this gift to sweet-talk some coins out of a wallet or to get himself out of trouble after a nasty bar brawl. He takes very little in life seriously, getting by with laughter and foul language.
Keavi can read people very well just by body language alone, he doesn't even need to speak to someone to do it. He uses this to avoid getting into fights. Of course it doesn't do him must good when Keavi is drunk, which happens frequently on game night.
Life in Belinsk: Keavi's been a street rat pretty much all his life, getting by in life through dishonest means, mostly by simple cons, pickpocketing, and running poker games where he learned to read people like books. He has been self-sufficient and continues to live life on the fringes of society with the other riff-raff.
He has upgraded in terms of employment, though. He now earns money honestly through street performances and magic tricks. For the most part, sometimes he can't help but pickpocket visitors to the city or taking part in some underground gambling for the thrill of chance. In gambling circles he is known as "Hat Trick" due to the fact he never shows up to a game without a top hat.
He currently lives in the seedy part of Belinsk with other gamblers and drunkards.

Djinn: Backdraft the Mars Djinn (Damages and stuns the opponent.) Backdraft is used less for combat and more for magic tricks. Yes, including pulling a Djinn out of a hat.
