Corn Muffins

We recommend using Quaker yellow cornmeal for this recipe, as stone ground whole-grain cornmeal yields drier and less tender muffins. And if you don’t have whole milk on hand, 2% works fine here - the muffins just won’t be as rich. Do not substitute skim milk; it produces inferior muffins.

I never leave the apartment. But I guess I did go to the grocery store on friday, so I may have gotten it there. God only knows really. I hate it mostly cause it kills my hands and their left rough and smelling like chemicals. Oh yeah, the back pain was keeping me up, so I took the only pain killer in the apartment. But it contains caffeine...so it slightly numbed the back pain but woke me up.
