...Betsey's a graduate. Yep, I've completed my TAR for Culinary arts, and since I came in with my GED and I've completed all my other requirements, I am now considered a graduate. So today I finished my last item of cooking for my TAR, I did my sweet roll dough as cinnamon rasin bread, very nifty. I should try to get a photo of it since I rolled the dough out and put a layer of cinnamon sugar in the middle and rolled it up to give it a spiral of it in the middle.
