Chicago, my kind of town

Currently, me and Lan are sitting in a hotel room about 10 miles outside of Chicago. I must say that I am quite smitten with this place; if not with Chicago then with the surrounding areas. yea, we saw it in time, but we don't have the finances, and there's mucho construction going on downtown, as well as a blues festival, so it'd be pretty much impossible to get there. We would loooove to go though. We're probably gonna head up here again sometime, so we'll check it out then.

You don't need to drive in Chicago, sillies. TAKE THE TRAIN! It's really easy, and if you've got internet access, you can go to the Chicago transit site and it will automatically work out a bus/train schedule for wherever you want to go. Plus, you can get a day-long pass for like 5 bucks.

Now I'm wishing I was in Chicago...*sigh*

This is Dustin, too lazy to sign in.

Ultimately, we couldn't have afforded anything *sigh* ah wells, it's what I get for not saving up enough money. We're gonna go next summer though, and you & Cliff should come with. We'll go to that ice cream place my uncle was talking about. You know the city tons better than we do apparently, so it'd be great stuff for all. It'll be like a graduation party! For me and Lan at least. I don't know when you graduate... or Cliff. And tell Cliff to grow it back, I can't get used to seeing him shaved.
