Race Day

Okay its here, race day.4:41 in the AM ,less than 4 hours sleep.1 hour drive,no support team,this should be an interesting day.Guts feel better but they have not gone into remission,and my mental state is shakey and nervous.Oh well .I just have to make it and run a bit and the dreaded social seal is broken.I'll probably leave around 5:15 or 5:30,

Its a series of races on the beaches here in So Cal.This one is at ,or was at Playa del Rey.I did it ,I made it rhere and ran. Mission accomplished.
