Just got done voting (For Obama of course).  I was expecting very long lines.  My in-law spent up to seven hours waiting last week and my wife and sister spent an hour this morning.  I went in and there was absolutely no wait at all, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.  My brother-in-law had the same expierience at a different location, no ( Read more... )

So last night Elizabeth and I drove around for an hour at midnight looking for gas, but  couldnt find any.

This morning, my beautiful sweet Elizabeth got up before me and called dozens of gas stations and looked on several different sites.  She finally found a QT with gas and I now have a full tank.

So the most awesome thing happened yesterday.  On my way home from work a lady probably in her 70's and no taller than 5.5' gave me the bird yesterday on the highway.  Not once, not twice, but 3 times.  She was so angry....but she was so funny too.  Normally I might get a bit upset, but there was this frail little woman giving me the bird, it was ( Read more... )

Today, for the first time since I was 16 (9 years ago), I am finally debt free!  Elizabeth and I paid off all the truck payments, wedding expenses, lawn mower, engagement ring, tuition, books, etc...

Now we can finally start saving for a house.  I am very happy indeed.
