my pepper plants have little baby peppers
ive been eating fresh strawberries for a few weeks now
the peas are climbing up the railing out back
the squash are getting too big for their third container, and they have huge yellow flowers
i suppose life is pretty good right now

not keeping the dog. a rescue is taking him on monday. he is at a boarding place until then. he is a pit , so not really someone i wanted to let hang out with the other animals. he seems friendly, and reacted well to the other guys, but who knows the last time he was to a vet. we kept him in a seperate room while he was here, and plumpy was constantly poofy for a straight day and a half, even though he only saw him once. olive said he prefers being top dog.

this guy walked up to me while i was sitting on my stoop around midnight, licked my hand, and sat down next to me. he was skinney, and had sad eyes. how could i say no to that? i big cuddly sweety too. i would keep him, if i didn't already have the cats. three animals is a little too much for someone who doesn't own a home yet. oliver is going to live with daves parents when dave goes to england.

so my life has been chaotic since monday. hows yours? i got a job as a wiatress at govindas. still looking for that perfect social work thing, but i'm being picky.
