Have you ever read "The Celestine Prophecy"? It's a great book. The Experiential Guide is a good companion to it.

dreams are a crazy thing arent they? I have one and find myself searching google for meaning...maybe there isn't a meaning, I kinda personally think there is ... but ... to your dream I don't know. If it were mine, I'd think I'm happy were I am (based on your comment) but ... that like almost any other person, I kinda long for when I could be more than on my own. Being happy on your own is an important break through I think for anyone ... being happy on your own and finding even more in someone else is that ellusive goal that keeps us all looking at others. Course we really can't be happy with others if we haven't found ourselves ...:-) so either your just regressing into a codependent vehicle to find affirmation of yourself, or your ready to build on your confidence and share with someone else. :-) Just my PSY101 talking which I got a D in the first time so who knows? :-)?
