Does anybody use or know anything about crest white strips? Do they hurt your teeth?

I've used them for a few days and it seems like my teeth are getting more and more sensitive. I have a whole box with like 98strips in it though. I really don't want to waste them.

ive never used the strips but when you whiten your teeth with anything it takes some of the layers of enamel off your teeth and it will make them really sensitive with out those layers. but after awhile you should get used to it.

yeah! i used them before and the same thing happened..

i quit using them, but at the dentist they said to use a certain kind of mouthwash with flouride in it before you did the strips.. cos it helps the enamel on your teeth..

so i would quit for a week and use the flouride mouth wash for a week, then go back to the white strips..

but i used rembrandt something or another.. it was a kit that came with a mouthguard type thing and a gel whitener.. it worked and didnt hurt my teeth, plus it didnt move around in your mouth when you used it.

any whitening formula will do that. If you do it less often, it will help with the sensitivity issue. Of course that obviously means you won't see results as quickly but meh. It's a toss up
