Apple Butter
Sooooo I finally did some canning at my place! Yayyyy. I made apple butter and all my cans sealed properly which is quite exciting. I used Bramley apples which are very tart cooking apples so the finished product is very apple pie like. It's excellent in a cheese sandwich.

Like seltzer, right?
Val and I had such a seltzer problem we bought a seltzer machine that paid for itself in a month (the machine was $30, we had been paying $5-10 dollars a week in seltzer expenses). It's great because then you can just made/add your own simple syrup. SO GOOD.
So yeah. Seltzer machine = the shit.
