I just had an extremely frustrating wrestle with the PA tax dept. Rather than going into it, I'm going to wait until the story finishes and show you this pauldron I made.

Fun, mostly. Also to reconnect me with my roots, I was raised in the Renaissance festival circuit and so I always wanted my own armor, but as a kid you grow too fast you know? And then I was working so I was in peasant clothes mostly, or at best a leather tunic or a duster (think sleeveless suede trenchcoat) and some bracers over peasant/gypsy/pirate garb.
