As promised, I did in fact attempt Salmon Fillet en Papillote with Julienne Vegetable, from the Good Eats episode "The Pouch Principle,", and it was amazing. stelic's comment was, "It looks like restaurant food." I agreed, although a chef would probably have plated it more elegantly:

That looks pretty good. I'm not too sure on the fennel though, I've generally found the taste a bit over powering.

I really should get tea_cantata to poke me sometime about wring up some stuff for here. I do keep meaning to.
