As part of my New years resolution to try things I was too chicken to do previously, I went to a Japanese place to enjoy some nice yummy uncooked seafood. Now, I'm not a total newbie with sushi, but there are a geat many types I have not tried... Oysters, Urchin, Squid... etc. So I went by myself, lame I know, and tried it all
