I haven't read any of those, although my sarcastic, 32-year-old, married cousin who used to beat up my oldest brother mentioned The Great Gatsby when we were talking about wasps (white, anglo-saxon protestants), I think.
I finished The Power of One recently and it was beautiful. By Bryce Courtenay, I think. I encourage you to read it. It made me really emotional and I think about it frequently.
We haven't talked in forever. Yeah, I was in Portland and Cannon Beach (not at the same time) for ten days... Miss you.

I love that people have been giving input on books later. Thank you, and I will try and read that some time in the future. I know you had an excerpt from it in your journal that I really wanted to read and think about, but haven't had time. And I'm sorry.
I was thinking about how much I missed you today not long after I woke up and read this originally. I thought it other times too. Come to me.
