Quite honestly, I can point out at least 3 reasons WHY this site isn't ranking for Google.
GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.... lets just say its crapola like this that makes folks in my industry ticked off.
Its not even a "we like you" "we don't like you" issue - Google ranks sites via an ALOGRITHMN ...... and if things aren't optimized, or you are doing "bad" things to trick the spiders .... and the algorithmn catches it..... your ranking drops.

Oh by the way ...
I think there's a mix up about sites: CNN mentions 'parental advisors' and then give the URL www.kindersmart.com.
kindersmart.com is a retailer (a business... selling stuff), NOT parental advisors.
kindersmart.org are the parental advisors, but I doubt that THAT site attracts 10 million page views per month.
I think CNN didn't check their 'facts'... What do you think?
