a huge and heavy door, mahogany maybe. It creaks when it opens; a door that has been well used and has seen many people. The wood is rough and chipping with splinters sticking out. torches adorn each side of it and an ominous knocker stares me in the eye.

My door resembles my old front door. It is red and slender in shape with two small windows side-by-side in the center towards the top. There's a bright light shining through these windows and through the cracks around the edges.

I think I am just reminiscing the view of my old front door during the early morning hours. It was very pretty.

we can't always be eloquent, sometimes things just need to be said even if you can't find the perfect way to say them... it's better to keep writing and keep the synapses firing than not writing at all... if it weren't for the weak entries i don't think the strong ones would even manage to emerge...

as far as a door goes, oddly i can't see the whole thing, it's reddish and paneled with a brass doorknob (not handle) and a brass mail slot with a little brass corrugated flap that falls over it... i wonder why my door has a mail slot, i don't think it had a lock either, and i don't think that i've ever seen it before in my life... hmm... now you've got me thinking

I see a "trailor-trash" kind of door. It's white and the paint is chipping. There is an old screen door in front of it. The screen on it is chipping. It looks like it has seen many battles.
