Does your Kanji tattoo mean what you think it does?

This is for Doxa's amusement in particular:

It just makes me think of when Sami got "creativity" tattooed in huge blocks down her arm a few years ago. SAMI. Good job.

That's true. What does it mean? I think I knew years ago... :P

The thing is, at least with you, I'm like okay- it's Mika. I trust her judgement toward such things. So, y'know, it's better.

You should have seen me and Gen trying not to laugh when we saw hers...

the top one means tanquility/inner calm, the middle beuty/refinement, and the bottom companion. and as it turns out there's all kinds of weird religious ties involving those words, which is kind of interesting. but i hate some chinese friends look at them first and tell me what iot meant before i got the tattoos...
:P

Too awesome. I understand that kanji/characters are a cool thing to get tattooed, but it just isn't smart. You cannot change the meaning if you get the wrong thing tattooed. It's like having "dumbass" tattooed to yourself because you think the word looks cool and saying, "It says, 'wisdom'". Yea :P
