A thought struck me
In the Dutch translation, many names are also translated.
Okay okay, next part is hidden for those who don't wanna now yet
Sirius Black, is called Sirius Zwarts in Dutch (black=zwart), so if R.A.B. is really Regulus Black it should be R.A.Z. in the Dutch books.
But as no one knows what will happen in the next book (the publisher nor the translator) I wonder how they will solve this problem :D
