No, they really aren't. There isn't even a sign for "fuck you" in ASL. One of the gestures in American gestural vernacular for "fuck you" is relatively similar to ASL "thank you." While deaf people may use that gesture, it is NOT a sign. The closest thing to "fuck you" in actual ASL is the F-K loan-sign, and that looks nothing like "thank you."
