2009 Exchange Sign-Ups Now CLOSED!
It's that time again! So warm up those typing fingers and flex those Photoshop muscles because it's The 3rd Annual Daniel/Vala Holiday Fruitcake Exchange - a holiday gift exchange for fans, past and present, of SG-1's kickass duo, Daniel Jackson and Vala Mal Doran. For all of you new to this, here is how this community works:
All participants will need to fill out the questionnaire below, and based on those responses I will pair up individuals based on compatibility. For example, if you say you want videos and wallpapers then I will give you to someone who can make either videos or wallpapers, rather than a person who only volunteers to write fiction. Every one will give and receive a gift, so if you sign-up you will be required to make gifts as well! This year I have included a few more options to choose from, including fanmixes and poetry. If you have any questions about how this process works, feel free to contact me via a reply to this post or a private message.

If for any reason you sign up but cannot participate, please let me know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. The more notice I get, the more likely I'll be able to find someone to fill your spot. The deadline for drop-outs is DECEMBER 1ST. Obviously, if an emergency comes up after that point which forces you to drop out I won't hold you to the gift.
As the schedule above indicates, I am aiming to let everyone know who their giftee is come November 1st. I will reply to each of your comments to this post with your designated giftee...so keep any eye out for that e-mail! The comments will be screened so please make sure you save a copy of the notification in your inbox! I might also send out a standard notification e-mail to everyone just to let you know I've assigned giftees - in case for some reason you don't get the assigment.
