i've been tagged by miraging. Once you’ve been tagged, you are supposed to write a note with 16 random things, facts, habits, or goals about you.

1) When I read that I was tagged, I was playing Dungeons and Dragons. I've been playing tabletop role playing games for a little over 10 years now, and I have no intention of stopping any time soon.

2) I wrote my first novel when I was in the first half of high school. It was, as you might imagine, awful.

3) The first anime I ever saw was Ghost in the Shell. I was 11. No, it didn't scar me. Yes, I liked it.

4) My favorite book series is the Dresden Files. It's awesome and everyone should read it. EVERYONE.

5) I have a habit of telling the same story over an over again. It comes from my parents; it's almost tradition to tell the same stories at family events. It drives my husband crazy.

6) I love puns. That's right, I admit it.

7) I've got a level 80 warrior dranai in WoW, sometimes main, sometimes off tank as far as Naxx. I haven't played in 5 months and don't expect to go back any time soon. (That's right, I'm clean). I've finished Mass Effect three times, every planet and speck of space dust. They're probably my two favorite games.

8) I've walked on my toes since I was a baby. It usually takes a little bit of thought to walk any other way.

9) Since I was a kid, I've personified objects; I would name the cups in the wash rack and feel bad for things when they broke. It made me very reluctant to throw away toys, even ones I didn't play with anymore; I didn't want them to feel sad.

10) When I was a baby, I used to cry in supermarkets. Once I was old enough to talk, my parents asked me why I was upset; I explained "Music sad." The canned music played over the speakers would make me cry. Just about anything can still make me cry; Disney movies, sad music, even Oprah if I stay in the same room long enough.

11) I was afraid of driving and didn't start until I was 19. It still makes me nervous, even though I had to drive over an hour every day for years.

12) I've never been very good at making friends online. I love meeting new people and don't often hesitate to offer an opinion; without facial expressions, I can never tell if someone is interested in my brand of crazy, or if they're doing the internet equivalent of edging towards the door. It makes me jumpy.

13) I already have my bachelor's degree in Psychology; I'm going back to get another one in CS. This should be a clue into how useful a BA in Psych is at this very moment.

14) I don't like ketsup. Even the smell ruins my appetite. I love barbeque sauce and tomatoes. Go figure.

15) I climbed a mountain while I was in junior high school. It was Boundary Peak, and we went up the wrong face; it was a long hike up loose gravel, and we hadn't had very long to acclimate. I don't think I've ever been that tired. The view was great.

16) There is nothing I love more than learning something new. This means I am a jack of all trades and master of none; there are very few crafts or diciplines I haven't tried, and I can never seem to stick to any of them. Of course, this means I have an endless list of useless skills; I've carved wooden signs, sewn, knitted, made chain mail and miniature armor, decorated with fondant, made wax figures for bronze pouring, written computer programs... I still want to try screen printing and get a vinyl sticker printer/cutter machine... thing. Now if I could funnel all of that down into learning to do something well, I might get somewhere.

I taaaaag reclaimer aaandsyxtfour . ... oh, and I did the whole music thing. Y'know. When you set your ipod on shuffle and add 'in my pants' to the end of every song title. Except I don't have an ipod, so I decided to take every song I own and put it on shuffle on my computer. Without any pesky play count variables to make it boring. The only suprise is that absolutely zero blues or jazz came up. Well, except for Hellsing music.
